Creative Peddlars Are Kids At Heart
Milton
Keynes based PR and
marketing company Solution Factors and graphics agency Bobbyflash Design have
joined forces to put their own spin on charity fundraising for 2008, with their
Kids at Heart cycling team.
The
wheels were set in motion on Sunday with the annual 54-mile London to Brighton bike
ride – in aid of the British Heart Foundation (BHF). Led by Solution Factors
senior manager Natalie Bradley and Bobbyflash director Stuart Bradley, the
five-strong Kids at Heart team navigated country roads, and the infamously steep
Ditchling Beacon, before coasting across the finish line.
“This
is the third year that I have taken part in the London to Brighton ride
and I am grateful to have also been invited to join Solution Factors for the
Extra Mile Challenge in September,” commented Stuart. “Not only will this be a
great opportunity to raise more funds for BHF, but also for Leighton Buzzard
based charity Kids Out, who provide fantastic positive experiences for disadvantaged children and
young people.”
The
Kids at Heart team will change slightly for the 500-mile French relay to include
Solution Factors director, Rachael Bonfield, as well as partner Derek Bean. The
team plan to raise a minimum of £2,500 for their chosen
causes.
“Solution
Factors’s and Bobbyflash’s services complement each other and we often work as a
team in the business world. We hope that getting in gear and fundraising
together will encourage local businesses to dig deep for these worthwhile
charities,” concluded Natalie.
